Joan Kamholz, a new NAWLEE member, is the Coordinator for "Justice for a Cure," an affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Foundation in Madison, WI. Joan is a retired Deputy Sheriff from Dane County Sheriff's Office in Wisconsin, and a breast cancer survivor. Joan's life was changed by her cancer and she decided she needed to do more to raise awareness. In 2009 she founded "Justice for a Cure" and embarked upon a county-wide campaign with great success. In 2010, Joan took her campaign statewide and looks forward to going nationwide (which we know she will). Through the generosity of Robin Forbes & Camille Kielty from Roswell, GA, NAWLEE will be selling pink candles on our website with a portion of the proceeds going to "Justice for a Cure." It's our goal to help Joan achieve nationwide recognition for her efforts.
Thank You.
Rosanne "Roe" Manghisi
